La liste est classée selon que les herbiers mettent à disposition desdonnées sur tous leurs échantillons (ou une partie), ou seulement lestypes qu'ils conservent. A l'intérieur de chaque liste, l'ordrealphabétique des abréviations d'herbier est utilisé (index herbariorum: http://www.nybg.org/bsci/ih/ih.html).Chaque lien a été visité durant le mois de mars.   • CAS et DS - California Academy of Sciences U.S.A. California. San Francisco. The Herbarium of the California Academy of Sciences has started a project to computerize the herbarium label data for its holding from Chiapas, Mexico. This will include all the Chiapas collections in Herbarium of the California Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Dudley Herbarium of Stanford University (DS). We estimate that we currently house in excess of 70,000 specimens from Chiapas.

  • FTG - Herbarium, Fairchild Tropical Garden. Miami, Florida, USA. The Virtual Herbarium is a text and photographic database of the specimens in the Fairchild Tropical Garden Herbarium. The FTG herbarium now incorporates the Florida Atlantic University herbarium as well as the Buswell collection from the University of Miami. There are currently over 30,000 records with photos in the JPEG format and labels as gif images.

  • P-LAM - Herbier de Lamarck : comprend environ 19 000 spécimens, rassemblés par Lamarck tout au long de sa vie grâce aux récoltes effectuées dans le monde entier par ses relations et correspondants, parmi lesquels les botanistes les plus célèbres de l'époque. Le travail de numérisation a été entrepris en suivant l'ordre de rangement de l'herbier. Les photographies correspondant aux premiers paquets peuvent déjà être consultées sur ce site. Les images suivantes seront ajoutées au fur et à mesure de la réalisation. La mise en relation de chaque photo avec l'enregistrement correspondant dans la base de données SONNERAT des herbiers du Muséum est actuellement en cours de réalisation.
