Hey Omari, enjoyed reading The Virgin guide and I had a quick question. You talk about personal styles and I began to think about what style wolf fit me most. I am a student so don’t have money to spend, i mostly wear hollister and jeans but I do wear some nice Puma's. I wanted a style that would feel natural to me, I listen to rap and mostly i hate to wear baggy clothes so right now i just got some semi tight (well fit) jeans and i just got like 10 express tshirts. so i was wonderin what style would reflect me. Is their a style between hip hop and like nice well fitted clothes. I can really use ur opinon since you kno much more about fashion then I do.

You’d probably really like Marc Ecko’s Cut & Sew line. Unlike Ed Hardy and Affliction, his t-shirts are reasonably priced and they actually look like artwork. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on them. And his jackets/sports coats are fucking money simply because they are unique and you are unlikely to ever see anyone else wearing one. However, expect to drop about $150-$200 for one. If you have the cash, then I’d recommend his high end prescription line that has buttons shaped like little medical pills. And don’t confuse his Cut & Sew line with the lower end urban line with the rhino logo (C&S; has a skull logo). Most of his cut & sew stuff is made to fit.
