Description
Générale
Plantes herbacées, vivaces, pourvues d'un latex blanc et composées d'une rosette de feuilles et de hampes florales.Feuilles toutes en rosette basales lobées ou grossièrement dentées,
Tiges absentes, remplacées par des hampes florales creuses et sans feuilles,
Fleurs toutes ligulées, jaunes, disposées en capitules de 3 à 5 cm isolés,
Akènes à aigrettes disséminés par le vent.
Identification
- Capitules toujours solitaires au bout de hampe florales sortant directement de la rosette (pas de ramification).- Hampes florales creuses sur toute leur hauteur (même à la base).
